How long will it take for me to get my full document library?

Document access is instant! As soon as your payment is processed, the system will automatically begin to download your library to your computer. As a backup, you will also receive an email, with a download link, within two minutes of payment received. Simply click the link and the download will happen automatically. Please also insure to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see your link email.

How do I receive my information?

Right after payment, you will instantly see a download all of your files in one zipped up file (.zip format). The file size is 583 Megabytes. It is very simple to unzip. Simply right click on the file and choose where you want it to go! You can also download the 7-zip utility, for free, if you are having issues. 7-zip can be found at 7-zip.org

What if I am having issues getting my documents?

We are Mini enthusiasts ourselves, and will treat you with nothing but the highest of respect!   We have found that some users of 7-Zip are unable to unzip the download file. We recommend that you use the Windows zip utility to extract the folders and documents. This utility comes with every version of Windows.

Secondly, the initial zip file is large and will take some time to download. Be patient! Wait until the entire zip file is downloaded before you try to extract (unzip) the file. If you are still having issues, simply contact us below and let us know what's up. We will reach back out within one day (a lot of times even within the hour) and we will do whatever it takes to get everything to you!   Our systems also notify us if anything is not working properly.
